Аннотация на русском языке: В статье рассматривается развитие несырьевого сектора экономики как способ обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста, состоятельности национальной бюджетной системы и финансовую безопасность экономики в целом. Приведены статистические данные и выявлены положения, способные снизить сырьевую зависимость российской экономики.

The summary in English: The article deals with the development of the non-primary sector of the economy as a way to ensure sustainable economic growth, the soundness of the national budget system and the financial security of the economy as a whole. Statistical data are presented and provisions that can reduce the dependence of the raw materials of the Russian economy are identified.
