Аннотация на русском языке: В научной статье проанализирован институт судебных ошибок в гражданском процессе. Автором, на основании авторитетных научных подходов, а также разъяснений Верховного суда РФ, дано полное, систематизированное определение понятия «судебные ошибки», которое, в частности, может быть интегрировано в качестве легального определения в Гражданский процессуальный кодекс РФ. Приведена классификация судебных ошибок, с учетом юридической техники, изложенной в Гражданском процессуальном кодексе РФ, а также последствия от допущения судебных ошибок. Проанализированы причины допущения судебных ошибок и пути их нивелирования, ввиду процессуальных возможностей сторон и лиц, участвующих в деле. Отмечена роль съезда судей, в виде издаваемых постановлений, развивающих судебную систему РФ.

The summary in English: The scientific article analyzes the institute of judicial errors in civil proceedings. The author, based on authoritative scientific approaches, as well as explanations from the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, has given a complete, systematic definition of the concept of «judicial errors», which, in particular, can be integrated as a legal definition into the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation. The classification of judicial errors is given, taking into account the legal technique set out in the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, as well as the consequences of judicial errors. The reasons for making judicial errors and ways to eliminate them are analyzed, due to the procedural capabilities of the parties and persons involved in the case. The role of the Congress of judges is noted, in the form of resolutions issued that develop the judicial system of the Russian Federation.
