Каждый из них имеет свои особенности, преимущества и недостатки, знание которых крайне важно для защиты имущественных прав наследников и соблюдения воли наследодателя.

The summary in English: Inheritance is the transfer of rights and obligations (inheritance) from a deceased person (testator) to other persons (heirs). In the Russian Federation, there are two main types of inheritance: by law and by will. Each of them has its own characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, knowledge of which is extremely important for protecting the property rights of the heirs and observing the will of the testator.
