Аннотация на русском языке: Настоящая статья посвящена анализу текущего состояния системы охраны труда в Российской Федерации, исследованию современных вызовов, с которыми сталкиваются предприятия и работники, а также оценке перспектив её развития. Особое внимание уделено прогностическим сценариям на 2025 год, включая изменения нормативной базы, внедрение цифровых технологий и развитие ESG-принципов. Рассмотрение данных аспектов позволяет сформировать целостное представление о состоянии и потенциале российской системы охраны труда в условиях глобальных изменений.

The summary in English: This article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the labor protection system in the Russian Federation, the study of modern challenges faced by enterprises and employees, as well as the assessment of its development prospects. Special attention is paid to predictive scenarios for 2025, including changes in the regulatory framework, the introduction of digital technologies and the development of ESG principles. Consideration of these aspects allows us to form a holistic view of the state and potential of the Russian occupational safety system in the context of global changes.
