Аннотация на русском языке: В задаче исследования локальной топологической структуры множества решений нелинейного уравнения в окрестности критической точки устанавливаются условия, позволяющие по свойствам решений гомологического уравнения установить локальную достаточность r-струи в уравнении ветвления.

The summary in English: In the task of investigating the local topological structure of the set of solutions to a nonlinear equation in the vicinity of a critical point, conditions are established that allow, by the properties of the homological equation, to establish the local sufficiency of the r-jet in the branching equation.
