Аннотация на русском языке: В статье рассматриваются понятие банкротства, а также исследуются стадии процедуры банкротства физических лиц, основания и условия признания гражданина банкротом. Рассматриваются правовые последствия признания физического лица банкротом и проблемы судебно-арбитражной практики.

The summary in English: The article discusses the concept of bankruptcy, as well as examines the stages of the bankruptcy procedure of individuals, the grounds and conditions for declaring a citizen bankrupt. The legal consequences of declaring an individual bankrupt and the problems of judicial and arbitration practice are considered.
