Аннотация на русском языке: Наряду с обращениями граждан в органы внутренних дел МВД России, неотъемлемой частью является личный прием руководителем территориального органа внутренних дел МВД России. Во время личного приема от граждан поступают заявления и сообщения о преступлениях. В данной статье рассматриваются организационные вопросы проведения личного приема граждан руководителями территориальных органов МВД. Как предложение делается вывод о необходимости более тщательной организационной и психологической подготовки руководителей территориальных органов МВД. Указанные меры повлияют на эффективность и снижение количества повторных обращений.

The summary in English: Along with citizens' appeals to the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, an integral part is a personal reception by the head of the territorial body of internal affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. During a personal reception, citizens receive statements and reports of crimes. This article discusses the organizational issues of conducting a personal reception of citizens by the heads of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As a proposal, it is concluded that there is a need for more thorough organizational and psychological training of heads of territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These measures will affect the effectiveness and reduce the number of repeated requests.
