Указана специфика воздействия эффектов "голландской болезни" и "ресурсного проклятия" на экономику страны. Обобщены перспективные направления преодоления долгосрочных кризисных явлений в российской экономике.

The summary in English: The article analyzes the backbone features of the largest crises in the history of modern Russia; the specifics of the effects of the “Dutch disease” and “resource curse” on the country's economy; perspective directions of overcoming long-term crisis in the Russian economy.
