Аннотация на русском языке: Для повышения несущей способности оснований зданий и сооружений применяют различные способы укрепления грунтов: цементацию, силикатизацию, битумизацию, электрохимическую и термическую обработку. Ввиду большого водонасыщения грунтов в районах Санкт-Петербурга, вопрос об стабилизации грунтов стоит особенно остро.

The summary in English: To increase the load-carrying capacity of the foundations of buildings and structures, various methods of strengthening soils are used: cementation, silicification, bituminization, electrochemical and thermal treatment. In view of the large water saturation of soils in the regions of St. Petersburg, the issue of stabilizing soils is particularly acute.
