Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена исследованию договора найма специализированного жилого помещения, его особенностям, в сравнении с другими видами договоров найма жилых помещений, и проблемам. Обращается внимание на сроки договора, предмет договора, ограничения прав нанимателя на пользование, права членов семьи. Центральное место исследования занимают проблемы, связанные с выселением нанимателя и членов его семьи по окончанию договора. В статье делает вывод о специфике договора найма специализированного жилого помещения, о некоторых его проблемах.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the study of the contract of lease of a specialized dwelling, its features, in comparison with other types of contracts of lease of dwellings, and problems. Attention is paid to the terms of the contract, the subject of the contract, restrictions on the rights of the tenant to use, the rights of family members. The central place of the study is occupied by the problems associated with the eviction of the tenant and his family members at the end of the contract. The article concludes on the specifics of the contract of lease of a specialized dwelling, on some of its problems.
