Аннотация на русском языке: Статья посвящена анализу правового статуса самозанятых граждан и их соотношения с предпринимательской деятельностью в современном законодательстве. Основной целью работы является выявление особенностей правового регулирования самозанятости и определения их места в системе правовых институтов, а также оценки эффективности существующих нормативных актов и механизмов регулирования.

The summary in English: The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal status of self employed citizens and its relationship with entrepreneurial activity in modern legislation. The main objective of the work is to identify the specifics of the legal regulation of self employment, determine its place within the system of legal institutions, and assess the effectiveness of existing normative acts and regulatory mechanisms.
