Аннотация на русском языке: Анализируются выводы, сделанные на основе известных экспериментов относительно свойств среды, называемой эфиром. Цель работы состоит в обосновании состоятельности концепции вязкого эфира на основе модели импульсного гравитационного взаимодействия тел. Показано, что концепция вязкого эфира хорошо согласуется с теорией, связывающей гравитацию с устойчивостью системы материальных тел.

The summary in English: The paper analyzes the conclusions drawn from known experiments regarding the properties of the medium called the aether. The goal of the work is to justify the validity of the concept of a viscous aether based on the model of impulsive gravitational interaction between bodies. It is shown that the concept of a viscous aether is in good agreement with the theory that links gravity to the stability of a system of material bodies.
