Аннотация на русском языке: В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы введения адвокатской монополии в Российской Федерации.Описаны основыне барьеры на пути расширения адвокатской монополии. В то же время подчеркивается, что при условии системного повышения правовой культуры, развития бесплатной юридической помощи и внедрения цифровых платформ адвокатская монополия может стать эффективным инструментом повышения качества правосудия и защиты прав граждан.

The summary in English: The article discusses the problems and prospects of introducing a lawyer monopoly in the Russian Federation. The main barriers to the expansion of the lawyer monopoly are described. At the same time, it is emphasized that, provided that legal culture is systematically improved, free legal assistance is developed, and digital platforms are introduced, the lawyer monopoly can become an effective tool for improving the quality of justice and protecting the rights of citizens.
